Look at the counts of views on today's posts here. Over 13,000 alone in one of them. A large percentage of the employees come here for info now, where the company can't control it. Boycott his next town hall to show him how little you care about his BS speeches. He doesn't care about you. The company doesn't care about you. If they want a disengaged workforce, give them a disengaged workforce.

It's been pretty apparent for several years now that the C-Suite and up have no care for those who are the supporters of the company, who keep the company running. They've constantly removed benefits and shrank support across everything. As a former manager, it drove me nuts that they wanted us to push the line and I refused to and leveled with my reports. After I left, it wasn't short after that 3 others left the department.
The most insulting is h ow they blatently ignore the survey and then je-k themselves off about how amazing they're doing and stuff. We all knew they blew hot air.
And like another said, "Most Ethical Company" is the biggest load of horsesh-t they tell you. Ethics means nothing to them and I hope everyone in the ethics office gets cleaned out. Hoping Compliance gets gutted, especially you, LIZ

Honestly Maurice may be on his way out anyway, and even if he isn't, I'm sure that he doesn't really care about what people think. As long as he gets his juicy compensation, the world around him can crumble and he still will not even blink. This company is no longer the it used to be. Executive greed has destroyed this company.

Maurice is not making decisions... He's just a figure head...It is absolutely disgusting to witness good people getting laid off. Greg Brown was a great example!
Pushing this ridiculous Return-to-Office mandate for what benefit? So we can sit in the toxic, empty office with directors like cough*Katie... who can't manage basic hygiene let alone human decency? So we can follow senseless orders from an absolute id--t with a tacky lapel pin oh hey Shannon—who wouldn't recognize quality work if it hit them in the face?
The hypocrisy! You eliminate roles, crush morale, and then push A USELESS survey asking for feedback you clearly have no intention of using. The only response should be: Boycott the surveys. Boycott the town halls. The feedback loop is broken, and we are done pretending it works!!!!!
Every justification boils down to the same fu--ing excuse: "Well, Chase is doing this," or "Google is doing that." WE DON'T WORK AT CHASE OR GOOGLE! WE WORK AT HCSC! And HCSC is not living up to its expensive, bought award of being the "Most Ethical Company." That award is a joke plastered over the cruelty of these layoffs. The decisions being made today are being made by OLD farts who are one breath away from a casket, clinging to archaic concepts of work and power. They are preserving their own obsolete world at the expense of our future and the livelihoods of hardworking colleagues. I am truly, disgusted. This isn't restructuring!
