Now everyone is looking to leave. People are openly talking about their job searches at work. The atmosphere is totally different, like nobody believes in staying here anymore, and for a good reason. Its the worst Ive seen it.

Remote workers, sorry, you saw a real impact. As for all the doomsayers saying no more work from home or hybrid, you were WRONG! Always bringing this up during layoffs cause you are too worried about where someone is doing their job. foh!

Do we need Call centers in the US?

Do we really need to continue spending money on CEC? Outsourcing will save a lot. No person is gonna be a customer just because we have a US based call center. Nobody thinks of it before moving to TMO.

Virtual Retail

Lot of massive cuts across the whole call centers on west and in the east coast. Managers and coaches being let go in VR. Are the Virtual Retail Reps next? Should I be worried?
