Rumor is, T-Mobile is going to start asking people to volunteer to separate and get the full severance.

Please offer this
@ag Send him back to Mumbai or whatever sh it hole he's from.
@d3 Technology PMO did it a few years back. A handful of people volunteered and a few months later there still was cuts.
Now there's probably less than a quarter of that organization left.
Is it just me or does anyone picture these so called leaders as anything but clowns? I see their lips moving but no words coming out, just see them with their clown nose and fake smiles. And why are they always stuffing their face in my syncs? Is this not our time? This is not our lunch hour where you get to sp-t food in my face.
heres hoping!
@d3 no need to feel guilty. Many got the push they needed to get away from this toxic culture. At least I did a couple of years ago. The fact that they were too stupid to ask for volunteers early on pretty much sums up the incompetence of this leadership team.
Maybe Deanne will volunteer to leave and return HR to someone who actually cares about the employees.
@OP This is a really good idea! I wish leadership would have done this before randomly cutting people. I feel guilty knowing that I can retire or easily find another job while many I know who were cut are not able or qualified to get a job other than McDonalds.
@OP Speculation or source? This would be a blessing
BS - if they cared about the employees they would have done this from the start. Not gonna happen.
@ad Me too lol.
It's not my circus, I'm just the guy picking the sh-t up..
I volunteer Srini.
Should have done it from the start, this gives them a good look at how many people want out from under the clown circus leaders.
Wish I would have known this two weeks ago lol.
