I am really amazed by the spirit and energy of retail and care people in all these all-hands calls. You know the stores and call centers will be eventually shut down in the future and the leaders probably will take calls if needed. You need to ask the right questions in these calls on why company is cutting down heavily on front line people and relying solely on T-Life. I wish all customers stop using T-Life and call us or go to store. Need to run a campaign to uninstall T-Life so that jobs won’t disappear for our wonderful care and retail staff.
