How long to get the lump sum payout?

For those let go with 20+ years, how long did it take to get that years of service bonus? Paperwork said up to 30 days but was curious if it would be sooner.

Lump sum is a joke, 25 years for example is 25% of your salary and so on…

I got mine roughly 2 weeks after. 7 days for revocation period of Severance then the following check.

@aq no we still get the 6 months. I’m talking about the years of service bonus. Say you worked 25 years, you get a 25% lump sum bonus.

They went back to lump sum? When I got it, they were paying out over 6 months, not a lump sum, to even out the effects on cash flow. Id--tic to pay out in one lump sum 4000 separations in the same quarter.
