Thoughts on the Spiffs that were announced for MICRO?
These spiffs seem like they are doing everything they can to salvage the disaster. There’s even a spiff just to hit the quota minimums LOL

@y1 You're absolutely correct. You need to be filing integrity complaints. They are intentionally violating ROE and segmentation rules. Do not go quietly into the dark, fight like he-l!
Because the old TFB keeps doing whatever the heck they want and not even counting on consumers opinions and assigning accounts to AEs left and right and turning micro accounts into Smb accounts, I have lost so many accounts I had good relationships with because they turned them into Smb, yet they don’t even have employees and it’s just the owner running his business 🤔
Everything about micro is sus. We're being told to blatantly violate RoE by ignoring the 15 line max per product. Cynthia and her teams are going after SMB open accounts, getting VBS to sell them, and then discreping their portion. USC people are ghost churning. You take away the fraud and the whole thing is a failure.
