There is a lot of anxiety in the Austin campus but haven't heard of anyone getting impacted by the lay offs. Are there any Austin employees affected?

It is obvious they do not see us as people. I wish everyone here could leave at once because none of us should settle for this treatment.

Why are people acting like this is done? Many more will lose their jobs before this is truly over. This is, at best, a short reprieve.

Do you know that in US annualized wage increase in Aug was 5%, with inflation elevated. So if you haven't received any salary increase in last year, (or years) Oracle literally saves on you and doesn't appreciate your work.

But if I do stay, what’s the point of getting invested in my work? Hard work and skills aren’t rewarded here. They’re punished. Because in the end, they just come with a higher price tag.
