I know there are too many articles and posts signaling the layoffs are going to happen tomorrow , i.e. 3/31. Since it’s just a day, anyone can confirm here if they got some hints or would get today. No trolls please! Asking genuinely. Will then balance out the work and backing up.

Adding another voice to confirm. This is org wide across NOAM. Every team is different, but expect around 20% of your team to be impacted. Emails will be sent tomorrow and there will be no 1v1s

However my org leaders seem to be very excited about future initiatives, working with AI, and other stuff. Future developments. It just looks so positive at the moment even till today. Just feels off as the leadership would definitely be knowing by now.
Some managers do share info with employees even though it might be against the policy. Not everyone follows the company policy. This may due to their personal convictions and opinions regarding the layoff or may be due to the personal relationship they have with some employees in their team.

I haven't heard about 1 on 1 in my department, so it may be a troll based on previous experience on the board. Layoff is ongoing without a doubt (slack totals confirm this(, but not necessarily Mar31 is some big date, usually it's first week of new month, so it can be next week. More likely though, it will just happen in batches over weeks.
100% happening. Emails will go out in the early morning hours. There will be no 1:1 manager calls due to the volume of RIFs hitting the US and Canada tomorrow. HR will be handling. RIFs outside of NA will continue for several weeks.
