do it by today evening or tonight, so you don't have to show your layoff face to others and see others feeling sorry for you.
Access is being cut off immediately. You will have any personal items mailed to you.
Take the farewell call from the office so you can pick up your staff. Otherwise you will have someone escorting you and will be more embarrassing.
You can ask your manager to mail it if they cut off access
In the U.S. there’s usually extra security on layoffs days. My advice would be to collect your things as quickly as possible.
