Performance based. Attainment and manager reviews. Some teams will lose more than others. Most managers were sent a list of 2-3 “qualifying reps.” Were able to use some discretion with who they selected from that list, based on their required reduction. Ie. Maybe 3 names were provided but they only had to choose 1. But higher ups have final say. March 31 is confirmed happening in USA. Very stressful week. Not every team will have to cut.

@aw lists were finalized last week. The process started ~2 weeks ago.
When was the list provided? And when did it get finalized? Was it march first week?
@ak SSE’s are the solution sellers in APPS. CX, SCM, HRC and EPM. SE’s are solution engineers for those teams. Industry sellers sell ERP and own the accounts.
@a7 during the last round of reductions they let some reps go that were at or traveling to customer locations.
What does SSE, SE mean?
If you are traveling the next 4 weeks you are safe.
@a7 I have same concern as I fly out zero dark thirty tomorrow for customer meetings throughout the week.
@a7 it wouldn’t be your concern if you get RIF’d.
