Been a lot of buzz in the real estate team about Nashville. A lot of companies you’re moving there. Talent pool is getting deeper. Is Nashville the new Atlanta maybe the new Frisco or OP?

Technology companies globally laid off over 80,000 employees recently. These job cuts also impacted workers in Tennessee. Nashville-based Oracle Corp. engineers were among 25,000 company layoffs. This restructuring aims to invest in artificial intelligence infrastructure. Amazon also laid off 16,000 workers, including some in Nashville.

Washington Governor Bob Ferguson met with Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol. The meeting agenda was not publicly disclosed. It likely involved Starbucks' new Nashville, Tennessee office. Starbucks plans to relocate its supply chain teams there. Nashville offers lower taxes for the company.

Just heard they are moving the corporate offices to Nashville, TN

This is being driven by lower costs in TN and the overall strategic shift to prioritize Healthspring
