Bay Area, Austin and Nashville newspapers still have oracle Green card sponsorship advertisings in the classified section on every Sunday. Please apply to them if you are/were laid off. They have to hire you. That is the law.

Apply via the portal or LinkedIn and there should be electronic trails.

Yes they can tweak and lie. But if an audit happens, the HR person that lied on the immigration form gets fired and could be even prosecuted. It is a crime to lie on a federal immigration form. So if anyone working for HR, be aware of the laws.. You don’t have to lie for your company. If your boss tells you to do, ask him/her to sign.
@a2 Get a hard copy of the newspaper, save screen shots of every step of the application process, and complete the submission of your application. Call your Senators office and tell them you think Oracle is tampering with the application process to eliminate US applicants over foreign applicants. Ask them to follow up with Oracle to validate that your application has been received and is in review. Provide them with any necessary information on your application process.
HR can tweak that they haven't received any resumes. Its been played a lot in the past. Applying to them is like sending your resume to vacuum.
