Just curious…

I've made a lot of decisions in my life that I'm not proud of, but starting my career here is easily the worst one. I wish I could go back and tell my younger self to look anywhere else.

How many days a week do you come on-site? Is 1, 2, 3 days a week strictly enforced?

Hearing that there is another round of layoffs happening today? Anyone know anything?

From what I can see, this was a pretty limited round, which makes me more worried. Instead of feeling like it’s over, it just feels like the start of something that’s going to continue.

i know of 1 so far but I'm sure there are more. Anybody heard anything?

Is 3.5% the average salary increase this year? And how much AEG did the lucky ones get?

Consolidate all production under the Asia region and aligning reporting into a single Manufacturing hierarchy could improve speed, clarity, and execution.

Upset and sad to hear that an exceptionnally competant colleague was told today was their last day. Where is illumina going depleting itself of its talent. It s sad to see such a previously notorious company falling into pieces.
