We’re going to win together so much, that you’ll be so sick and tired of winning.
Seriously though, can anyone take these stupid values seriously? Basically asking us to push harder while they take away any incentives to do so.

@a3 agree… winning is only for senior management… you take the hard work they take the incentives… after that.. bye bye they don’t need you anymore
to actually win together would be communism and we can't have that
Spot on. The company is doing anything BUT winning together. The layoffs have been constant this year, seemingly monthly at this point.
I like the " we win together" which came just after they decided that only director and above would get shares automatically. It seems to me that now we work and they win and in 3 months we might not have a job.
