In the last several years alone, we've had nearly a dozen rounds of layoffs and constant team shuffles. They took away stock options for most employees, cut a ton of benefits, and bonuses are a joke. At what point do you just admit the writing is on the wall? It feels like we're all just waiting for the next bad news to drop.

Does it matter. They have removed the dignity and soul of the company.

Well said, however any trimming of benefits or goodies is only for us. As in APAC manufacturing perks is still on the go and will get better.
I think benefits will get worse, new hires to get lower VCP %, higher costs in the cafeteria (it feels like the subsidy might already be gone), no free EV charging, limited catering for meetings....
Let's hope they will stop taking things away and start thinking about how they can give some things back as they must realise that happy, respected, empowered, entrusted, and engaged employees are central to any thriving nd successful company.
No it doesn’t feel like that. We are now on the upswing thanks to leaders willing to make difficult decisions.
