I'm hearing the APAC teams are really struggling under the new leader. From all reports the previous "interim" chief was bad but the new guy and his posse are driving the culture into the ground. Anyone hearing the same?

I have heard this. Ever since Gretchen was forced out by Bas the impaler it has gone progressively down hill.
Bas proved to be a disgusting leader (he also has no idea about our products either) and now it has gotten even worse.
Some amazing leaders have left under this new set of leadership and it shocks me that this trend of poor management essentially forcing people out and thereby getting rid of talent is continuing
