Heard a rumor that this restructuring led to somewhere near 50 people getting title changes like “soft demotions“ and it’s in these people didn’t even lose their salary but they’re going to be asked to train others on what they do and then demote them further (with pay cut) or eliminate them by end of Q4

Stock Options
Does anyone receive stock options as part of ACP? In previous years, I was usually granted some options to offset the lower salary, but this year I didn’t receive any at all.
I’m wondering if that signals something, especially given leadership’s strong confidence in investing in AI. Does it mean my role might not be as needed anymore very soon?
Layoffs 2026 - Mid April
My boss just told me that he was asked to rack and stack his people. Seems that mid-April we will have a RIF.
He said this is going to be a big one. He was also asked about people over 50 in our group. Seems that the old folks are going to shoulder the brunt of this one.
He also shared that this will be both a salary and an hourly reduction.
Pay rises
Those who have had their pay rose discussions, how are the %s?
3.5% average salary increase
Is 3.5% the average salary increase this year? And how much AEG did the lucky ones get?
Raise A Disappointment
Bonus payout was good but anyone else get laughable salary adjustment?
VPC thoughts
Have you got hour VPC alteady? What % of your yearly sałaty.
Compensation
Is 3% the standard compensation this year?
Increase for the US behind cost of living
We would have needed an 8% increase this year to match how far behind increases are compared to SSA COLA over the last 5 years.
If it feels likes like you are making less, it’s because you are.
Guess we should all work 5.68% less hours to keep up with deflated salaries.
Rick on the front lines
Who wants to see Rick taking client support calls for a year with the salary to go along with this position?
What are the current benefits, PTO days, etc?
BD life sciences just joined Waters a few weeks ago and we have been trying to get a sense of the culture, benefits, salary increases, bonus, PTO days, promotion rates or lack of them, etc.
We still have the BD benefits until end of year but after that I assume it will change to Waters benefits after.
So far we have not given any info on how things will change. Any insights are highly appreciated
Pay increase?
Anyone know what percentage pay increases are this year in Wexford and Wilmslow ?
Is it time to Unionize?
1% of your salary to union dues, would buy you a ton of protection from the (allegedly) fraudulent leadership we have.
Do you want to just keep rolling the dice on endless layoffs? Or have a much bigger 3rd party with all the legal resources provide a degree of protection.
Think your salary is below where it should be. Union rep to review your case.
Think you’re being wrongfully terminated because of your age. Union to hold Nike accountable to age discrimination.
Think you’re stuck at a certain level even though you’ve put years in… Union.
Think leadership compensation has gotten out of hand. Union to pressure under the threat of a labor strike… to balance compensation back to the workers.
Real question. How many would be in? Think we could get 50.01% of corporate workforce?
PNC is so stingy
Sorry, just needed to vent. This company is so stingy. I cannot believe they don’t reimburse lunch while traveling for business and have certain hours for dinner. I arrived at my hotel at 11:30 starving because I have been flying since 5 pm and I literally just a bunch of single serve creamers to try to deal with my hunger pangs.
Also, almost no one in my department seems to know what they are doing. They pay cr-p so all they can afford are inexperienced people. The poor analysts are bombarded with too many deals. Hire more people at entry level. Their salaries are the lowest.
Should have known how stingy this place based on their branches. Hated being a customer at a branch with no teller. The ATM and virtual teller constantly glitched out. Ugh!
DXC Wins and Success - why?
I keep receiving these emails about great results, another wins, another successes, so much money from so many contracts, but SO WHAT? There is nothing in it for me, and if the company is in such a great condition, why it cannot match the salaries to modern rates? I do not know what is the purpose of these emails. Honestly, every time I see these, I feel like someone just spat in my face, laughed and walked away.
The salaries in the Office of CTO is quite high
Do they bring in a lot of money? The total comp without stocks is going for 200$k+ for AI roles [i8 and above]
I'm thinking of internally applying but can't seem to shake the feeling there's a catch I'm missing.
Is this department prone to layoffs ? Any thoughts ?
Rumor of Company Wide Pay Raise
Rumors are circulating that our CEO BM is planning a 10% salary increase for all employees. While not yet confirmed, the potential raise has sparked excitement and speculation across the company. Woo hoo!!!
Nazarro's Promised Reward Realized
Fourteen months ago, Frank Nazarro said if you were still here in a year, there would be some sort of grand reward.
What is this grand reward comprised of?
Lived through a work nightmare for well over a year
Congratulations for making Fannie's 10K mention Freddie as a "risk factor"
The promise that gen AI will continue to replace non-Indians
Indians only hiring other Indians. Those of european descent get to figure out how to apply for unemployment. Our children we struggled to put through college left to flip burgers, because Indians only hire other Indians
A salary that is so far behind the REAL inflation (not the government adjusted bogus inflation), that some of us have begun juggling bills so we can still afford to put something in the basket at the grocery store
THESE* are your grand rewards for getting Freddie Mac through the past year.
THANKS TRAITOR PULTE
Difficult to refinance one's home when one has been laid off. Freddie doesn't care, all the contractor backfills are 100% Indian. So Freddie saves money by laying off Americans. The contractors can be converted to full time in the future.
So many teams are 100% Indian. No remaining teams are 100% any race, but they still include a continually growing number of Indians.
Now, stand up, and give yourself a round of applause! Freddie Mac has put one over on the USA, and in the process, is helping to replace the working population of our Nation.
EMEA Salary raise
So we were told in January there would be salary indexation in February, however still no sign of it, anyone got any info?
What was your latest raise?
Just trying to figure something out.
Xerox shares
what happens to the shares that we buy as part of a salary sacrifice scheme now. ? the shares are not trading now I dont think so how do we understand the value of these?
Can we still sell them and should we stop buying them?
am i getting enough. not sure about the raise
been only here for around 1.5 years. no one discusses the raise or im not sure what im getting is the right percentage. Is less than 5% a normal rate? or are we supposed to get more? I know i should discuss this with my manager but they all say im getting the max out of all.
What do different career levels mean?
Got a promo and a new career level, not sure if that maps to anything (Salary range/ VC target range, etc)

How much % salary increase do you get for a promotion on average?
Is there a rough estimate out there on Workday? Going from an entry level role to Senior title? Going from a Senior title to a 'Lead'?
Base pay average
How do you find out what the average base pay for the role in current area is.
The range is so wide and confusing.

Corelation Inc? R they kidding?
I think most Fiserv employees are now familiar with Corelation INC? The remote work option is awesome, of course. But look at the salary ranges for the positions being offered. Are they for real? These are all low-salary utterly beginner-level salaries. What do others think?
what is your current comp. ratio for the salary
Post rewards, what is your pay ratio, with how long you are staying in the current grade?
I am in current position for 2 years and now the ratio is 98%, post rewards, what is yours then?
Lead Director salary?
Is anyone in a Lead Director role at Aetna willing to share the typical salary range and incentive % for this position?
Salary disparity
It feels like SAP layoffs are just a negotiation tactic to keep salaries low at SAP.
The gross median income in Germany is around €52000 per year. And this includes bonuses.
Christian Klein's salary is €800,000 per year and he gets a bonus of €18 million or more.
So Christian Klein makes in a day what an average German makes in a year.
If we didn't have a CEO, we could have had 365 colleagues who could have added a lot more value to the company.
I understand that Christian Klein is a CEO of a large public company and he has responsibilities. I believe his salary is quite inflated and he should not get so much. And it is mind blowing that he gets so much bonus.
If there is less budget for salary and benefits, surely SAP can save money by paying the executives less. So why are they not doing that?
Also, the share buyback calculation seems off. To be able to buy back so many shares, SAP will have to lay off between 10000 and 15000 employees worldwide. For a company where employees are already overworked and underpaid, it doesn't make sense to buy back so much stock.
Salary of Lead Business Execution Consultant
Hi everyone, interviewing for this role (in Charlotte) later this week. Job announcement had no salary listed, so anyone know a range? New to Wells Fargo, so no clue. Thank you!
Annual Increases 2026
Managers, have salary increases been submitted for your team yet? How’s the average increase looking? Baseless rumors will also be entertained.
In 2026, many employers are ditching merit-based pay bumps in favor of ‘peanut butter raises’
What are we getting?
College student question salary question
hi all, im a college student applying to BNY.
bny doesn’t list it. what is the intern salary pro rated, and rotational analyst salary prorated

It’s called an Eisp and it’s not probably happening
For all non union people it’s called an Eisp and I doubt they are gonna offer anything more then they usually do yearly to a few .Our numbers are small our salaries even when claimed to be the so high are minor when compared to the management.Even if it were slow where we only did few jobs a week we paid our salary we have a value .The real question is will they go after the high earning c suite management or is it just all smoke and mirrors
The correct inflationary alignment figures .
In the manufacturing and scientific sectors—relevant to Waters Corp's operational base—salary increases for 2026 are forecasted to hover around 3% to 4%,
How to find pay range?
How do you find the pay range for your role should be and what your target bonus is? I used to be able to look up any roles for hire with same title, but currently no roles with my job title are available.
