Alfonso all hands - wtf?

As a shareholder, I was incensed that we are paying this je-k to waste our time.
As an employee, I am just embarrassed to see yet another incompetent buddy of the CEO ramble on with no clue and no actionable plan.
He had 45 minutes to inspire. Instead, he went long and ran out of time while he scrawled 10 unbelievably simple and dated management claptrap slogans on a whiteboard as if they were the 10 commandments.
Please wrestle the red marker from his hands and have Dan give him a big hug as he sends him off with a $4M check, just like the last guy.

So many Execs

If the company wants to save costs, why retain so many Executives? I’m fairly certain that AI or outside strategy consultants could arrive at the same answers at a fraction of the cost…
Also, why retain businesses that require so many people (Chemicals)? Shouldn’t these businesses be divested asap?

Executive retreat

It's been reported that omit will be taking the e-staff out next week for an executive retreat to lay down the law. No doubt it truly will be an executive retreat

I'm afraid this is the direction we are heading

Layoffs will be every quarter now. Had meetings today asking us to divest suppliers, slowly selling us for parts. All these executives who stayed for 1-2 years destroyed business units and jumped ship before anyone caught on to their fraud. Anyone left is clueless. A matter of time where investors see all the fraud.

Are DXC execs very transparent?

You could say they are WYSIWYG ("What You See Is What You Get"). They openly tell you on Town Halls they aren't good enough to grow the company and its true every year. They do not apologise for their failure, in fact they condone their failures by getting more pay. They openly avoid the pay questions. They will not give you pay rises year after year.

Yes they lead people on by promising pay and review dates but they are clear it will not happen year after year.

Its time that the employees be transparent about the strike.

Do you think?

CS really wanted the Head of EMEA job instead of China? Do you think she asked EH when the had the conversation about this? I'd imagine she'd rather move back to the Netherlands verses Shanghai but hey maybe there is a hidden reason that I am not privy to. Let's see. I do wish her the best.

Dell is run by 4 people - none of whom are MD

My son is friends with the son of an ex Finance VP at Dell whom quit last year. We were chatting about dell and he basically said that the company is run by 4 people, none of which are MD. JC being one of them, Doug Schmitt I think was another and I forgot the other two lol... MD just cares about his billions and whatever needs to be done to increase his money is told to those 4; basically.

This is all a "DUH" but it was interesting to hear this from an ex finance VP.

But he was saying that no matter high up you are, what you want or say is moot unless these 4 people say it's not "moot." They dgaf about anyone or anything except the mass amounts of money they earn. MD only cares about his billions, and If it hurts their bank accounts then they will lay off thousands with no concern, cheap out on raises/promotions, etc etc etc...

Promotions are impossible to get now and those who get them are in countries that aren't the US. In Role promotions are basically non-existent as well. Not impossible but just not likely.

Long story short, the "main" people running the company only care about THEIR money. Not you, or any of the tends of thousands who make them that money.

ZG joining DE at Alvarez

OMG! Another one of our former ELT is joining A&M. The same BT firm we wasted millions of $$$ on. There must a a conflict of interest or under the table deal. Pay the millions, when BT doesn’t work and you jump ship, just join them.

Ethics should investigate! Oh wait…that would be a waste of time.

Networks Strike Update 2026

We are now seeing a number of people join us, its become clear to a wider audience that the Execs are taking the money and telling the rest of us its bad so no money for you. They cant have it both ways.

People are working out their lies. Hopefully more will join the strike.

CEO pay

This is the thing we're not talking about enough. https://www.startribune.com/us-bancorps-ceo-pay-increased-14percent-in-2024/601233686

U.S. Bancorp’s CEO pay increased 14% in 2024
Andrew Cecere realized $15.9 million in total compensation for 2024

Frontier Leadership

I dont know if ya'll followed but basically the whole Frontier top leadership team decided to leave. They weren't pushed out, they chose to leave. We needed that talent and I don't know how we let that happen. Another Verizon leadership failure. Perhaps our leadership felt threatened?

Tired of the Firm

So, today, I got tired of all of these silly "executives" and the "C suite people" do nothing, talking heads, and I tossed all of their resumes in the trash. I hope they all get a layoff. I'll never hire them. There are soup lines and Habitat for Humanity that still exist. Surely they will get help in order to live a reasonable existence. I have faith in the system.

Only stupid people are racist

Be mad at executives. don’t be mad at your Indian coworker or your white coworker for that matter. Just look at the facts: america’s money is getting hoovered up by billionaires. it’s not getting hoovered up by H1Bs.

if you crave control over the situation, it’s time to unionize, not post anonymous racism.

CDO axed!

Ironically the ex head of data for conduct and compliance seems to have been suddenly axed due to conduct issues. This is the toxic org culture that is brewing in sc.

Mo is no mo at sc.

Having enjoyed a stellar run up the ranks from analyst to cdo of the bank in under a decade (primarily due to talking his way through rather than true delivery/merit), seems like he ran himself past his boots here.

Home Alone Skit

I finally brought myself to watch the executive suite’s home alone parody.

It was appalling to say the least. You’re not funny and you’re not even close to being likable. So stop it. You are embarrassing yourself.

This is why the company lost billions on acquiring entertainment companies that they knew nothing about.

Any Executives Just Login and space out? lol

I’m done riding the emotional rollercoaster of “today, tomorrow, next week.” Either let us go or let us sell—this limbo is exhausting.

Motivation has left the building, taken PTO, and blocked my number. Until the circus closes, I don’t see much contribution happening.

Best of luck to the folks making the cuts though—tripled goals with a bigger territory is… ambitious. You may want to pray, plan an escape route, or both. 😂

NSM debacle

Who else enjoyed the CA and AG show? I've never heard such self serving drivel! These two have proven to be among the most toxic "leaders" in recent memory. SL is too new to know how bad they really are. Her Jepordy farce was a complete flop. Alex, I'll take "tell us your sales superpower for 2 cents."

Isn’t it obvious?

There’s been an outcry in various forums for Target leaders to release statements against the recent events in Minneapolis. I’m confident that won’t happen. If it does, it likely won’t be the response many of us are looking for.

If you haven’t realized it by now, several of Target’s top executives are supportive of this political administration’s policies. Their donation to the president’s inauguration fund, the decisions to remove Pride merchandise, and the DEI rollback should tell you all you need to know.
