not only is delayed or incorrect pay against the wage and hour laws, it's a signal that a company is in serious trouble (computer problems or not), it's a giant red flag to get out. nobody should have to tolerate this in the workplace.

We had an elderly customer tell us they are calling “Mr belk” as they know him personally to complain about the store.
