rumor is that several former belk executives are suing the company for deceptive hiring practices. more to come on this.

I'm not surprised. I am one of the people that was deceived. They get you in the position and then they add more and more. And with the company being desperate for numbers it is getting even worse. The managers call you every half hour to find out your numbers but they don't realize that is time taken away from your work. And what is worse is they do not care about the associates at all.
It’s about time! We’ve lost countless associates because hiring managers lied to them about what their job duties would and would not be.
