Anyone else receive “Belk of Belk” for only 3 months while management still has the 30% discount? The only explanation I’ve heard is it’s a “new program” this year. So, let me get this straight. The associates work their @sses off for a year then only get the 30% discount for 3 months?! Make it make sense.

@n0 only the #1 store gets it for the entire year. All of the other stores only management and the nominated best of Belk employees keep it the entire year
@170 in one of our very few morning rallies (our last last mgr held daily rallies- we rarely have a rally now) recently it was revealed by mgr that “selling credit cards is much more important than actual sales.”
What does that tell us?
Is getting worse by the week.We have a new Manager and he is under sooo much stress to keep up credits. What store you know is more worried about credits then Sale.What is the real reason for this extreme pressure.

it will be hard to take 30% off your purchase when the store is vacant. i would suggest looking for a new job fast.

an extra 10% off is the least of belks problems. wait until you are out of a job on umemployment.
Should be for a year need to call HR and a help desk ticket.

My discount card for best of belk runs through 3/31/26.
Nothing makes sense in this company anymore. The people running it now are brutal. It's only going to get worse.
