So Wesley chapel is mysteriously immune from all the problems that plague brick and mortar department stores throughout the country ? Make that make sense

It’s a short term lease (probably under 6 years) …what retail company is OPENING outdated brick and mortar department stores in lower middle class to middle class suburbs in 2025-2026? This is to create the illusion the company is doing well. Prove me wrong.
It’s all smoke and mirrors don’t be impressed because belk is opening any new stores, trust me.
Is it a full store or an outlet? Florida store have had such great success it makes sense!
