Ok I havent worked at Sams for a while now. I have heard about this new thing called Freight Flow. What is different about it than regular receiving??

Does anyone know what the bakery Team Lead top out pay is ?

Heard today that all STM positions will be phased out by January 2026.

lol Sam’s is lowering new overnight freight flow hires starting pay to $19 from 21. Current pay will be grandfathered. What a joke. Especially when your biggest competitor starting pay is $20 now for everyone

What will the AM merchandisers job be and responsibilities be once the freight flow team starts ?

I have been hearing things about changes that will be affecting Accounting Department - do you hear anything?

lol the company is going back to the way it was before they f’d everything up… over night 7 days a week, hiring 1 overnight Teamlead BUT citing merch leads from 4 to 3 only 1 pm lead now smh…. No word if it’s a pay increase or not

So there bringing night crew back. But only 4 regular associates and 2 team leaders. What's the point of that?

Members love the curbside but the members in the club complain when that horable sound blasts from the handhelds, it's like an alarm going off because your late for school, but more complaints less bonus.

Sams share will be gone in 2026, because the club pickup associates are over worked and the floor associates are wore out, plus more bonus for managment that don't do anything.

Hey does anyone here know what Sams charges to mount Tires bought somewhere else??

Probably a d-mb question but way back when it was a better place so....Are any of the anniversary pins they give you worth anything? I really have no use for them now unless I can sell them lol.

Did they change the policy for new managers to call you at home off the clock, constantly? If they have to call hourly associates why are they in managment?

Why don't forklift drivers in fresh get forklift pay? I drive for : cooler, freezer and am expected to also drive for bakery and HMS. The only driver in that area.

Any other clubs drowning in orders with them now being unlimited?? We’re pulling associates from all areas and all that does is hurt those areas which is unfair to those associates.

When we made the move to 4 AM in fresh my manager told me my Friday Saturday block was no longer available because she said we needed a bring meat processor in on Saturday but then about a month later they gave Saturday and Sunday off to another... — read more
