Clubs that had 2 front team managers were divided with one becoming the fulfillment and services manager. Next they eliminated the STM. Then they went from 5-6 COS to 4 across the board with head count no matter your volume. At this rate the front team manager will go to hourly and just become a lead COS with the trend. 😂

They already eliminated the manager (previously known as marketing manager) on the front end last week. Leaving 1 manager and several COS's
STMs, I believe, not the team manager.
