How are you already telling me as a fresh managers my hours will be cut for Thanksgiving week how is that even possible and as a produce lead I have to make sure produce, deli, and freezer cooler looks good everyday smhhhhhh.

Sounds a-s backwards to me. One of the busiest weeks of the year and they want to cut your hours? 0 sense there. Trash management at its finest.
Could be the fresh manager or GM don’t know enough about the PNL and OPIS. When you factor in call-ins you usually end the month under wages.
