You have to sneak in and avoid the management just to get things done, if not, they are on you like hot glue because they don't know what to do.

Since I go in at 4 and my manager and team lead don't come in until 6, there's a lot of days I get more of my actual job done in the first two hours than the rest of the day because there's no one telling me to do a million different things that don't even matter.
