How are they going to say if you get 5 points your terminated but I'm literally working with an associate in hms that has 11 points smhhhhh.

The point system does work . You just have to have someone that can follow the company rules and go by them. Bad people tend to let bad things happen!
Keep direct records of how many points your coworkers get and if they fire you, use it as fodder for the unemployment office to investigate.
Termination for points depends on how well you get along with managers. If you hang around with them and kiss their behind you can have many points without getting in trouble.
