I’m sure nothing will happen from the post. And not sure how much information I can give in this post like names and what not . But I work in a club in Louisiana. My club manager is horrible.
She is racist. Treats all the white people like sh-t and had fired bunch’s of long term associates. Many many have called ethics on her and nothing has happened. She walks around the club says this is her club and she will do what she wants

@OP sounds like the club I work at in Louisiana.
@OP unfortunately, nothing will or can be done. a minority woman club manager can do anything she wants. she checks the boxes so the company will tolerate her. One good thing for the associates, your club will never get a bad walk as long as she's the manager.
We at 6407 had a manager that was so bad people were calling regional almost daily. Regional did nothing as this womans reign of te---r went on and on. Finally after about 6 years of this horible woman she gat caught stealing pre paid gift cards. INSANTLY she was fired. She was able to destroy employees lives for years but harm the company one and she was gone !! To top it all off the Regional Manager came and addressed the associates in a morning meeting imediately after the GM got fired. She said she had no clue how bad the GM had been to the workers and had she known she would have fired her sooner.... lies lies lies !! She had heard on a nearly daily basis how bad the GM had been but did not care until the GM bit walmarts hand. Expect no different at your club....
I’m sorry you have a cr-ppy club. Just hang in there people will get there’s one day !
