Did any AM Backroom have their block schedules changed? Now we’re on a rotation with only one weekend day off once a month & some split days… is this happening everywhere or just our club?

@13d they didn’t give us the option. He said we were going to rotate to be fair to everyone wven though all the floor merchandisers have their same days off in block.
They should be informing you of changes. The Club Manager can modify the block scheduling. Our manager asked us to change and some did, but I told him I didn’t want my changed and he said that was fine too.
@kg we have 3 people on an and 2 of us were off the weekend and the other was off Sunday & Monday. Now they’re rotating our schedule so that we each only get Sunday & Monday off every 3 weeks and the other days are during the week.

How many people do you have on AM shift? We have not changed our blocks. We have 2 people they say we should have 3.
We haven’t changed ours in Michigan … yet .. but u never know .. all these stupid new changes they are making who knows what they will do next ! We are doing just as much now on the day side with having the fright flow and we did having the same people on 2nd shift … another d-mb idea from home office that doesn’t work
