Does anyone know if Home and Community (business side) will be impacted by the 4/30 layoffs?

My linked in feed is filling with post about IT engineers getting new jobs at Optum India... "Liked" by the United healthcare account no less.... They have no f-ing shame.

Has anyone else seen their pipeline of work come to an end before RIFs? My team doesn't have any new projects planned to start after Q2. I assume this means we are being set up for layoffs. Any thoughts or similar experience?

They've got us stressed out constantly. No breaks, no rest, no relief. This company has completely taken over our lives.

We are all curious to know if financially is it worth staying on board especially in light of bonuses being eliminated, cut in 401k, poor to no merit increases? Do you really believe this will improve? Any real insight? Please share!!!

A former coworker was laid off last year. I saw a post from him recently. He looks like a different person. Relaxed, smiling, actually happy. I'm not jealous exactly. Just aware that leaving changed something for him. I'm glad he got out.
