The sad thing is, despite the reorg, nothing will change. We need a bigger shakeup at the top if we want to right this ship. A much bigger shakeup.

All exit conversations have happened. Many people have an option to exit or get demoted, and those people were given 48 hours to choose. Thus more exits may happen, but initiated by conversations that happened on Tuesday. OP: @ah+1k48nnf8v
