While scheduling a meeting I noticed some coworkers’ roles had that string added to their role. Does anyone here know what it means?

This change was made last year. I guess it wasn't anyone you meet with regularly
Likely what happened is they are being moved to a new "holding" cost center, either for reorg, cost balancing, or yes, possibly for outsourcing.
Intercompany Clearing is how you charge expenses from one area of the company to another. Not related to the past RIF's snafu as the other commenter mentioned. Probably just someone trying to do something stupid to tag users for financial costing
NDE Serve = Nike Digital Experience, "Intercompany Clearing" usually refers to double-charged or redundant accounts across legal entities of a company. Definitely sounds like a layoff
They will be removed from Nike soon. This happened a few years ago.
I guess, HR forgot or that person that knew was fired
