Is there an ethical way to get on the layoff list?

So I wanted to know if there is a way of telling my boss that I want to be on the next layoffs planned. Will diminishing my work performance and getting myself on a PIP still get me severance and 401k matching. .

Jpm is holding my 401k hostage

Other firms pay 401k match on a monthly basis but this place pays you annually and if you leave before February or whenever it’s paid, you are not getting back what you’re contributed unless you’re layoff. Very evil

I have given a very negative feedback for my manager in EOS as he has no leadership skills and very toxic. As a second thought, I am scared what if MD or ED finds out? Can it bring bad outcome for me? Anyone has any experience?
