Glad to see BD has finally allowed an employee stock purchase program. I was a J&J employee for about 10 years and purchased stock. It was a nice incentive. Held it for years and made a nice profit rolling dividend long after I left. With the current price of BD stock buy low. It has to go up sometime. Will you be buying?
Are Xerox Executives About to Cash Out Another $17 Million in Newly Issued Shares?
As of today all my stock options going back to 2016 are worthless at an $82 per share price. The lost decade.
My friend at HQ was just impacted. He was JG 16 and he said they wanted him to sign a "mutual" separation form. Then he could keep his Stock options, but get NO severance. He has 20+ years with the company - this is so crazy. So 3M is going cheap now? Does anyone else have more information on how 3M is now doing separation packages?
VERIZON COMMUNICATIONS INC director Hans Erik Vestberg reported an award of phantom stock units under a deferred compensation plan. The Form 4 shows an acquisition of 183.933 unitized phantom stock units at an economic reference value of $14.47 per unit, credited to an indirect account
Since add’l people (10) are going to Winner’s Circle, I’m guessing the value of Options for those that have them is up. Last year they valued the company in late March— it was $28.00??/share. When will that be reported? People ask in calls, but it isn’t answered.
Can anyone explain what they mean in the severance package by "In general, you will have a minimum of 90 days to exercise any vested unexercised stock option shares. Information pertaining to stock options can be found on the plan summary on E*Trade. As deadlines to exercise may vary, you are responsible to review your option agreements and the applicable plans to determine your individual deadlines to exercise. "
I have both vested and unvested stocks. Do I lose the vested stock if I don't exercise them?
Do I lose the UNvested stock options if they vest 90 days after my official termination date (26 May)?
I can (will) read through the Etrade documentation, but if someone here knows, that would be helpful.
Thanks in advance
Can anyone shed light on why would one decline the LTI/RSU offer?
Does anyone receive stock options as part of ACP? In previous years, I was usually granted some options to offset the lower salary, but this year I didn’t receive any at all.
I’m wondering if that signals something, especially given leadership’s strong confidence in investing in AI. Does it mean my role might not be as needed anymore very soon?
Can someone clarify whether or not we are getting stock grants? I want to know whether to start applying elsewhere or not
For those getting RIF notices this calendar year, I.e. not those notified in Nov last year… how are your severance benefits? I got my update and it’s not the same compared to the Nov benefits. Especially the stock vesting… I didn’t get my stock to continue to vest as per original plans. It’s prorated and that means I lose out on the next two years worth of stock vesting. Discrimination at its best. Please share if you have any updates.
This question is for people who got impacted and no longer at VZ. In regards to stock award. I got 2 of the payouts and this week was rolling into the 3rd payout which is actual shares of VZ stock. When does it actually become available? When I log on to view it it says the following
“We currently do not have vesting dates on file for this award. Don't worry, it's nothing you did. Once we receive vesting dates for this award we will make it available to you.”
Any insight will be greatly appreciated.
Factor in that too as you mull over possibly being let go. Don’t forget, we are better together, unless of course you are let go, then you are on your own.

“Citigroup Chief Executive Jane Fraser has been elected as chair of the bank's board and also received a one-time award of $25 million. etc… restricted stock valued at $25 million and 1.055 million stock option.”

A quick reminder: the board needs to fund Jeff’s $130M options package.
I had been with Comcast for over 15 years and had a lot of stock options, hoping each year for a big payday. Even though I wasn't happy with the direction the company was going, I stayed because I kept thinking there might be a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
Nine months ago, I decided enough was enough and took the plunge to find a new job. I only wish I had done it sooner. Financially, I make just as much as I did at Comcast, but the difference in the work environment is night and day. It's incredible to be part of a growing company that has a forward-looking vision!
Looking back at my time at Comcast, we spent so much energy trying to prevent customer losses and minimize layoffs every quarter. There was no real hope for the future. Everyone knew that video was a dying service, phone services were on the decline, broadband had limited growth potential (moving from a monopoly to a shrinking market share), and wireless was a low-margin business that couldn’t save the company.
I truly loved working at Comcast for many years. It was a great company, and I'm incredibly proud of the work we did. We had a fantastic team with some amazing employees, and I had great relationships with my boss and his manager. But the reality is, Comcast is in a steep decline and won’t turn things around anytime soon—not next quarter, not next year. Video is dying. Voice services are disappearing. Broadband, which had a 53% market share just three years ago, is now down to 48%, and could fall to 30-35% in the coming years, meaning millions more customers will leave. The company can't fix these problems by just raising prices anymore.
Bumping from @a9+1keab2k30, well said.
CVS Health CEO David Joyner received $17.8M in total 2024
Tilak Mandadi earned over $11.36 million in total compensation for 2024, driven largely by stock awards.
Did anyone get RSUs or options on their white sheet this year? I had been getting sign-on refreshers since I started five years ago. I haven’t got my white sheet yet, but I don’t see anything in UBS.
Dan the man steering in the right direction. Those stock options will be worth some serious bank shortly!!!
In my area, we’ve received some stock through various schemes over the last couple of years. Is there any word on the plans for this year, especially given the recent nosedive?
Vacation pay rec'd 1/2/26, anyone hearing when our LTI Stock units will be available? I've got 530 RSU's coming my way. Best of luck to all those Rif'd.
Are they still doing the Sharing Success stock award this year? I haven't heard anything about it yet.
last day 2/20.... i have like 15k vesting 3/1... complete stab in the back.
There is a rumor every month to bump up stock by 10%, all from an Asia analyst. The latest is rumor with Apple, the previous is rumor with AMD. None is real, all fake news.
Is Intel asking analyst to send out rumors?
On the sage advice of this forum I have been buying substantial numbers of put options on Broadcom stock and as of today I’m officially ruined. Wiped out to the tune of half a million dollars. How do I tell my wife? How can I look my children in the eyes? I thought since you all seemed to know the ins and outs of VMware and all the tech stuff around it that you’d be smarter. Any future stock predictions that I can take the opposite side of to make some of this back?
Off the books Dec192025. Was curios if anyone who know, could share the payout timelines of severance, sti, and stock options ?

This is a hold on transactions. It could mean what they say or it might relate to the Diabetes spinoff. https://workplaceservices.fidelity.com/bin-public/070_NB_SPS_Pages/documents/dcl/shared/StockPlanServices/SPS_MDT_SOP_RESTRICTION_NOTICE.pdf
LOL. WTF... It goes up, then it goes down, then it goes up and down again. The only thing that changes is number of employees at the Banks.
People with vested Dell stocks, what are you thinking about the stocks? Good time to sell
Or wait it out until q1 next year!
Anyone still have theirs? What did you do - buy or sell?
Take it with a grain of salt as he tends to be in bed with Comms Departments:
“Alright, now I gotta tell you, Accenture’s come down enough. It hit a 52-week low. I mean, how bad could it really be? It hit a 52-week low today. I don’t think it’s that bad. The only thing I would change is that when you do, when you put it in spell check, it always goes to CAN instead of ACN. But that’s not really their fault. I think that at 18 times earnings, I’m willing to pull the trigger, Accenture, and that’s the first time I’ve said that because I have really disliked the stock.”
Craig Ryan -Elevance VP was just awarded more stock options in early September, Perhaps a reward for leading the mass layoffs?

What happens to the current ESPP balance? Do we get stocks or do we get the money back? My notice date was Sept 2 and last date is Sept 22.
As per the FAQ, if termination date is after the 15th, you get stocks but I am trying to understand will it look at the 2nd or 22nd?
15% off
Can't change contribution rate
Can exit program
How many of our fellow employees lost their a$$ when Windstream went bankrupt? Chief legal bimbo said we'd win, except Elliott won and employees were left holding the bag.
Even the market knows we have no clear strategy!

Hi Oracle employees/ex-employees, I’m researching if you received any shares/stock options this last FY25? If so can you tell me which country you’re based in and how many you received? It’s all anonymous here! I received stock options (in USA) 6 years ago but never again??
