Did anyone get RSUs or options on their white sheet this year? I had been getting sign-on refreshers since I started five years ago. I haven’t got my white sheet yet, but I don’t see anything in UBS.

JG24 (they refuse to bump), 3.9% and nothing.

@mq I've been here a while. Tend to be on the upper end of %s. 4% for me this year. I did get 12k options/RSUs (I'm JG29 fwiw).
I got 8K for stock options and 8K for RSU. My raise this year was 4%. I heard some teams barely gotten any raises nor stock and RSU
