Stock Options

Does anyone receive stock options as part of ACP? In previous years, I was usually granted some options to offset the lower salary, but this year I didn’t receive any at all.

I’m wondering if that signals something, especially given leadership’s strong confidence in investing in AI. Does it mean my role might not be as needed anymore very soon?

Why is it a trap?... it's for free and you haven't lost anything if you decide to quite or if you get riffef you have the abilty to negotiae your rif-package. RSU is a pure benefit, but you need to earn it, otherwise it's an evidence of poor work. Quite easy....

I got some in mine — which was kind of a surprise frankly. I would look if you aren't already, especially because the job market su-ks and you're going to have to re-develop some muscle interviewing if you haven't changed jobs in a while.
