Speaking of compensation, looking at CVS’ fourth quarter and full year results, proves that they can afford to do better by their people. Don’t let them cry broke, know your own worth. Everyone needs to stop accepting the “sorry this is the best we can do routine” come raise time, when they have the money. Do not let them cheap out on you, they CAN afford to give you more.
Meanwhile my daughters medical treatment recommended by her board certified neurologist was denied by Aetna.

They don’t get laid off for their bad decisions that cost the company billions. They just get a big fat check and then move onto another company and break things.
There needs to be more consequences for terrible C Suite leaders
