In my area, we’ve received some stock through various schemes over the last couple of years. Is there any word on the plans for this year, especially given the recent nosedive?

Yes my area is getting the 10,000 vesting.
@az agreed, they look to be standard in our department
@b0 they want people to leave and then replace them in offshore locations
Last year most of the team got $10,000 vesting as usual... this year, get this, $1,000 vesting across 4 years. The company truly wants as many Americans to quit as possible. They already have plans to have Indian IT, accounting, and law firms handle almost all the corporate work.
Yeah RSUs are pretty standard and will be a part of this year's RRP cycle.
4-5s can be “nominated” and from those the board is tasked to select those that get them. Mostly algorithmic though. I don’t expect any shares, RRP, or raise this year.
Stock awards seem to be immune from what they do w merit and RRP. That's where the bulk of comp comes from for our so called leaders.
