Salary treatment will continue to be targeting low to no raises. Ask your supervisor where you are within your band. Most people will receive nothing to very little as salary bands are dropping and there is downward pressure on the CL promotions and CL level assigned to roles.

Layoffs loom, raises are bad, and we've all stopped caring
No wonder things are falling apart at the seams.
Im done over extending myself
Spent a year building something I was proud of. Brought someone in to collaborate, shared everything openly… only to watch it get slightly tweaked and presented as their idea to the team.
This isn’t the first time. Just the latest reminder that being generous with your work doesn’t always come back the same way.
So I’m done sharing like that.
Done handing over things I’ve poured time and energy into just to watch them get repackaged and claimed. I chose to stay here and finish my project and now I regret it.
All this plus Not to mention Ive gone years being promised a promotion and the raises get smaller and smaller each year. Im dont being the lowest paid but highest achieving on my team. Im moving different now.
What's your raise history?
What's the highest increase you got, outside of a promotion?
The raise doesn't even keep up with inflation
And I don't want to hear the "times are tough" excuse. We're not family. So can we stop pretending we are? I don't recall seeing any benefits when times were good.
Salary transparency
With the layoffs, outsourcing jobs, AI taking over - I wanted to see if anyone else wants to be transparent about salary and role.
High band 3 in management track - just received 2.75% increase at 81k. 4 years with Evernorth.
Goal for me is to see what others are making and if I’m being paid fairly.
2nd Birthday party spectacle
When Brian got on stage, I heard someone say ‘what kind of BS today?’
It’s a good way to not have to say anything or face an audience unhappy with their raise when you hand out $9k in cash randomly. Is this normal?
2% raise?
Is belk giving a 2% raise this year ?
If so when?
Raises, promotions and bonus's were BS so might as well...
Milk Dell for money every way you can if they aren't gonna share the wealth of their supposedly "great" 2025 year in which they earned a record breaking 120+ BILLION dollars. Only to turn around and give minimal raises, no promotions and a pathetic bonus modifier... 126% is pathetic. I did the math and it SHOULD have been around 140% modifier.
A) We have a $500/year fitness reimbursement program. - This program does not include shoes or athletic clothing anymore so, I went and got myself an expensive weight set that I don't need. Submitted the receipt, got reimbursed, and went and used that money for some nice new athletic shoes instead and still have another $300 to spend!!
Training - go hog wild. Find some courses that you'd never pay for and have them pay for it. At the very least you can say you took the course and gained knowledge - resume builder as well! Dell doesn't check or care if you ACTUALLY get the certification btw. But if you actually go through the course(s) it's just more knowledge you have for other roles - inside Dell or externally. Go get those SANS courses!! 10k a pop!
There is a budget on insperity points as well (which we are taxed on btw) so, what exactly is there to work for if raises are minimal, bonus's are half cocked, and promotions are MIA if you live in the USA?
I would quit but I actually love my job and what I do. I get paid good money for working like 25 hours/week and enjoy everyone I work with so, I also hate that RTO is 5 days/week but I choose when I go in and how long I stay so...
Lowest Raises since COVID.
2%?! WThey are pushing people to leave. We essentially just took a pay cut with inflation.
Nearly April anyone got their raise
2 years since the last review anyone actually got the raise that Jenny Ragged-one sent the email saying its getting paid this month?
Or was the email more fake news?
Is everyone getting cr-ppy raises or just me?
Most glowing review yet, but smallest increase I’ve ever had in my 15 years here. Is this a reflection of the budget overall or is this a personal issue?
Pay Raise or Net Decrease?
The scam continues with a 2026 pay raise less than inflation. Inflation caused by Aramco’s buddies to the north. In the last 10 years that leaves only 1, 2024, where Ali and the scammers beat inflation with a decent pay raise. Do yourself a favor if you’re still there and figure how much your salary has decreased when factoring inflation. And for anyone considering moving to the Toxic environment, offered both indoors and outdoors (worst air quality in the world), think about an avg 1-3% annual raise before stepping on the plane to the land of empty quarters…and empty promises.
Merit increase 4% this year
Have you all got your notifications?
Expense Control
I am glad that my manager has kept my merit increases at a average of a reasonable 2% for the last few years so that we could 1) increase shareholder value, 2) keep staffing expenses manageable and 3) fund higher salaries for the top two executives at BNY. Source = 2026 Executive Comp slides from the Proxy Statement.
Discussions and counter views welcome.
What's the biggest raise you ever got here?
I'll go first. Six percent one time. That's it.
Raises were pathetic and comical
Dell puts out an article stating how great they did the last year, and quarter - record breaking even! - and then turns around and gives a 126% IBP bonus modifier, and under 2% raises LOLOLOL???!!!
WTF is this bs?
In the 6 years I've been there I've never gotten below a 6% raise and wasn't expecting much this year simply because of the giant middle management reorg last year... I was not expecting a 1.72% at all, though. Englation is like 2.4 and Dell couldn't even give that much lol?
Just got an offer as an underwriter and was wondering what the avg raise is, and what does career advancement look like at PNC
I know this a layoff forum so I apologize in advance if this sounds insensitive. Just trying to get a feel for the company since it’s 3 years before 401k/pension vest.
when does ACR done?
it should be generally 1st week of march, but no info yet
Anyone been told their raise yet?
We are supposed to find out in the next week or so but, am not expecting much....
Long commute - big gas bill going forward
RTO is going to really. hurt now. Glad the recent raise will be useless now.
Raise history
Looking back, my biggest increase here still was ridiculously low. And that's when I got a raise. I often wonder why I stay, and then I remember the state of the job market.
Whatever meagre raises we get
It surely will not even match inflation. Dell is cheap. Life is getting more expensive by the day. If you feel like you have less money, it's because you do. Raises will 100% not fix it.
RTO = Better pay.
RTO = More collaboration, problem solving and networking which leads to better raises, bonuses and career opportunities. All of which are raises.
Curious about raises this year...
Considering they demoted the majority of sr managers last February... Which su-ks bc my manager was AMAZING! New manager/director is cool but he has no clue wtf we do on a daily basis and has no personal relationship with any of us.
I've never gotten below a 4% raise so hoping for a 6% this year at least.
Raises
0% for managers in many groups. Fully met but 0% and lower Sti's than last year. Great year numbers wise in these groups. What's going on? They said they didn't have enough money and had to take care of people. Is it the $2M they had to give the guy who couldn't start . . . what a joke! We are tired of beating goals and getting 0.

Bonus and raise
Anyone got their bonus and raise yet?
it seems that the structural raise for 2025 is 3%
so, I got totally 4.5%, and I got 1.5% beyond structural raise of 3%.
below average?
What percentage raise is the normal amount?
2.25 % here. It su-ks but I’m wondering if that’s the amount most people get.
Yay a bonus
No, not at Truist of course.
After two consecutive years of $0 bonus at Truist I'm happy to report that the bank I am now with is giving me a 5-figure bonus + 4% raise (and I've only been here 6-months). Would have never happened at TFC!
Cheers to greener pastures.
3.5% average salary increase
Is 3.5% the average salary increase this year? And how much AEG did the lucky ones get?
This place is so cheap
Employee appreciation week yay! You guys should throw a party for everyone on the team - no budget given. So we pay for our own party - yet again I might add.
Combine that with 4 years in a row with an exceeds rating and getting far less than 2% raise. Oh great, I can take my family to McDonalds once a paycheck (barely).
I’m just done with this place. No matter how much I deliver of performance, that’s the best you can do? Never any Connection awards (what’s that?). The exact same bonus as everyone else, no raises, no promotions.
You don’t take care of your people, treat everyone like trash, you are not paying a fair market wage (we are the lowest in telecom), no budgets for anything, yet they waste billions on failed deals, waste millions on stupid marketing stunts.
I’m just fed up with this place. Nobody should come work here unless they are desperate.
vote NO!
Again we are being promised another “cost of living adjustment” at the end of the contract. Healthcare is going up. Inflation is on par with the raises so basically we are left with nothing but what we started with. Can someone explain to me why I pay dues to this union? I would’ve been better off negotiating for myself
Raise A Disappointment
Bonus payout was good but anyone else get laughable salary adjustment?
Yearly raises?/ bonus? Anyone hear anything?
Anyone hear anything?
SG7
I might be getting a bump in my grade from SG6 to SG7, what percentage of raise should I ask for? I heard I should push for 8-10 percent increase.
Does Anyone know?
Does anyone know what was agreed on in the new contract extension? Raises, pensions, additional vacation,? Etc...
WTF is the point in even going into office? What are they REALLY going to do about it?
I'm sure it varies from org to org but like, if you are a valued employee and have good relationships with managers, directors, etc... and overall are a stellar employee, what even happens to those who go in 1x a week or 3x week or don't hit the "minimum" day mark?
My director always tells us that he doesn't want us on any "list" - whatever tf that even means.. and to try and go in 5 days to stay off the "radar." Whatever that means...
A list for what, exactly? Maybe a list of people who think it's incredibly unfair that onsite's are held to a standard while 50% of the company is still full remote and can work in the comfort of their home?
Considering Dell wants employees to all be local to an office and go into an office, seems a bit unfair and weird to have such high standards for those unlucky enough to have been labeled "onsite." Especially when 98% of your team is remote while everyone who has to go to an office still joins virtual meetings anyways lmfao.
I'd have no complaints going in if most of my team was in MY office. Problem is is that only 1 person is local to my office so we get to sit next to each other and join the same meetings, virtually! At least I can tell him that his mic is muted though!
I mean, I suppose they can deduct raises - as if those are every great - and bonus's but if the threat is anything like "no promotions" then they can go f themselves bc promotions in the US has been MIA for 6 years now lmfao.
TF they going to do about those who don't go in or don't go in enough? Raises aren't excactly stellar, bonus's are just a % of your base salary and promotions are over in India.
