who else is doing monthly HR love letter
I notice like 70% of the state side people on my team are having to spend multi day writing what they do and what they accomplished after getting a yr end IM rating. The odd thing is often the mgr doesnt even tell you the requirements for the month till week 3. The quality of the mgmt here now is horrible. They dont even pay people who've been around well, its like 1% or less cola and inflation is like 8-10%. The mgmt is straight up rude and completely ungrateful and unhelpful on just about every front.
How about that COLA we were promised last year?
Anyone else remember when Ricky got up on stage at that 2025 end-of-year townhall to proclaim that we would be getting COLAs on top of our merit raises in 2026? It's been nothing but radio silence since then, share prices are down 13% YTD, and we're shifting into cost-cutting mode— the writing is on the wall, and we're not getting that COLA, but we all know Ricky and the EC will sure as he-l be making out like bandits with their equity comp.

Heartbeat - The Quarter View - CEO and CFO
Amazing the negativity seen in this Heartbeat article. Employees not happy with 100B in revenue and not cost of living increase.
Monitoring Badge Swipes
It finally happened today: my supervisor told me I was on “the list” for not swiping my badge enough.
I pointed out the irony that we’re raising product prices because of higher oil costs, yet somehow there’s never any corresponding increase in cost-of-living adjustments for us peons.
MPS Staff Protest Budget Cuts and Layoffs
MPS staff held a protest. They protested recent budget cuts. Staff also protested planned layoffs. Employees demanded cost of living raises. The protest addressed these multiple concerns.

COLA raises
Why, why, why doesn’t this company never give a COLA raise. They know these simple merit increases do nothing and barely cover the difference costs of insurance not to mention all the prescriptions they don’t cover that you have to pay out of pocket for. Then they expect stretch goals and go above and beyond but never give anyone exceeds.
UnitedHealth Care shares 0.75%
No COLA, no more bonuses, and now 0.75% raise. While they continue to rack in millions for senior leadership.
No raise if you get an AIP Bonus
Oh my goodness. I've just been informed that we will not be getting merit or COLA raises if we are eligible for / receive the AIP (Associate Incentive Program) bonus.

Pay & Inflation Question
Is your salary keeping up with inflation???
Mine definitely is not.
when I look back and adjust for inflation, I realize I am makin less now than I did 15 years ago, even though my responsibilities and workload have gone up.
Costs keep rising and rising and rising --- everything from groceries to housing to basic bills, yet wages do not seem to move at the same pace. It is frustrating to feel like you are working just as hard, if not harder, but falling behind in real terms. Just putting that out there.
No merit increase
Sycamore is mandating a four-day commute to Deerfield starting in February, which significantly increases out-of-pocket costs for employees, especially those who commuted to OPO previously. Yet, despite 3% inflation over the past year, salaries are not being adjusted - not even to cover a basic cost-of-living increase. What a slap in the face
2025 CIP
2.7 COLA; no corporate factor; no promotions; everyone gets meets expectations.
TI Labor Budget Increase Less Than Cost of Living
Just want people to be aware that the current labor budget increase for TI is only a few percent over the next five years. It's well below a cost of living increase for existing employees assuming no new hires or attrition. There are more layoffs planned for the future.
Pension COLA?
Any word on what the COLA will be for the pension for 2026 ? Inflation is high and I took the monthly annuitie.
Market Factors and Rotators
Does anyone have any reliable information about how the Edge Project may affect Cost of Living allowances (Market Correction Factor) and rotator travel allowances for Kennedy, Alaska etc.?
