Sorry but to me it feels like this emergency test is also to make sure we have a personal email so when they lay us off they can just send the documents or communication there. I went in and there is no way to remove it. Maybe I’m extremely paranoid but hey that would be this organizations fault to begin with.
If your account was temporarily locked out early this week confirming your pending surplus, what is your current plan? What are you going to be doing different now?
I’m going to be watching the managers like crazy today. It will be really obvious if they have an HR coaching on how to fire people.

The company took an incredible turn in 2015 when they hired the most inept HR people period...

For the past year I was cruising. Top ratings, visible work, direct revenue impact. I thought I was as safe as anyone could be. Then a scheduled call a couple of weeks ago happened and just like that, I was gone. So for anyone at PayPal who thinks their performance or relationships will protect them, think again. We're all just numbers. When someone up high decides your time is up, that's it.

Seeing article after article about how the latest layoffs will hurt morale at Meta is almost comical at this point. Morale hit rock bottom a long time ago, this just keeps digging.

This regards the very much worries have I about my manager’s manager. My address and phone number the manager has access to. But he must be called out. Never will change. He must go. I do not have the trust for human resources. They will certainty side with him. Please advise.
40 let go last week. A couple were people that were the only person that worked on their particular project in their capacity. I wish them well. It's basically monthly now.

Did you anyone receive them email that was sent out this morning about Cigna getting rid of IFP plans starting in 2027? What does this mean for our jobs? If Cigna is no longer offering IFP PLANS starting 2027, does this mean employees in that department will also be fired? I’m just trying to understand all of this.
Have medicine for everything imaginable BUT not one cure for anything.....and sell cigarettes nonstop. Purely sad...actually beyond sad. Hmmmmm all about the money much. And still can't survive.
GN&T has too many incompetent and wasteful people in leadership positions. I don’t think Accenture has the know how or the perseverance to sort this situation out. More than likely, they’ll end up throwing out the baby with the bath water!
If you care at all lift the hybrid requirement right now. No one can afford gas. And the further the war goes on the more expensive it’s getting. Your people are struggling.

Anyone have any info on what KSC clinics are closing for good? I know our path of growth was too aggressive, but didn’t think closing clinics was the solution. I always assumed they would just do a hiring freeze instead of laying off WellMed employees they just onboarded within the last 6 months….Good luck to anyone who gets cut today. It is tough out there.
