Anyone knows why Viasat hasn’t reported its Q4 and FY26 earnings?
Thank you Guru
You laid the foundation for Viasat's success over the past year. We may have tripped and fell a few times, but now we are up and running like Usain Bolt sprinting towards the gold medal. Viasat 3 Flight 2 is like a phoenix rising from the ashes. $100... — read more

Viasat layoffs today 2025-Nov-10
So far only one person I know of, but we already lost a team member this quarter and may have been spared because of that.
Layoffs today?
It appears at least some level of layoffs are in progress at Viasat
December Compensation review
Does anyone have any information about what was going to happen in December with compensation? The messaging we got was that it is just a salary update for some people but not for everyone. Initially we had thought it would be across the board.
Launch time.
Everybody sleeping good?
For the haters
To respond to a post on Jan 5th titled "RIP Viasat continued", when the stock traded around $9... thank you for providing the FEAR for everyone to SELL. Because this was the perfect time to be GREEDY and BUY. Go Viasat. I don't think we'll be hearing... — read more

Nominations
Given this is The Layoff, I wondered if I could propose someone to be laid off please. Girish Chandran for Worst Performer in an All-Hands. An uninspiring presence where my LLM transcriber needed to amend its model of the English language given the... — read more

Management getting Sketchier?
I don't know about everyone else... But is management getting a bit shady with accountability? I am noticing a lot of impossible tasks being thrown out and managers throwing their employees under the bus to protect themselves.

Legacy Viasat is Over
Anyone who has been at Viasat for a long time is just there for a paycheck at this point. The days of it being an innovative company and a great place to work… are over.
Nearly 2 years since acquisition
And legacy Inmarsat staff (what's left of us) are still second class citizens with partial integration and partial benefits. It's getting harder to keep smiling and say how exciting it is to be part of Viasat. we log in 10-15 times per day because... — read more

ViaSat is a good company that has withstood many setbacks, many changes, and integrated many acquisitions.
If somebody thinks they can do another job, that they have not done previously, they probably do not understand the job sufficiently to do it well. ViaSat will get through this period by everyone doing the job they are good at. Finance should perform... — read more
Time for finance to lead.
It’s really quite simple. Until there is a change in the exec with a different mindset this company will continue to fail. It may have been a technology led company in the past but now is the time for it to be a finance led one. Every decision to... — read more

Earnings report on Thursday after markets close
I can't think of anything they could say that is big enough to make a difference in the stock price. Maybe they'll announce a launch date.
