Mid-week off payroll so they don't have to pay us for the holiday? Are they really that petty.

In the U.S. healthcare town hall this week Bryan H. said the “vast majority” of 2026 layoffs were done by Feb. and now they're primarily looking into IFP.

Well, there were just more layoffs in Dental yesterday. This is on top of about 15% of our org being cut in Jan/Feb so it’s clearly not over yet. We’re really going to struggle to keep the business going.

Anyone hear of other layoffs this week?

How much time before will I get meeting invitation?
From whom will I get the invitation?
Will I loose access to teams and email instantly?
Any insights on how should I predict I will be laid off with near 90% accuracy.

I am hearing today will be layoffs focused on QA and redundant engineers. And the scrum and product layoffs will continue for another two weeks. Anyone else heard it? Kind of worried.

Once again, they're going after veterans, experienced folks, quick thinkers, and problem solvers. Exactly the people teams need to function. You could almost believe they don't care about the company's future. And they don't. As long as the top and the shareholders get their value, nothing else matters. I just wonder when the bottom finally gives out.

Friend works here and strongly believes there will be a layoff in the near future. I can't validate the voracity of the claim, but they seemed very certain of it.

One of my teammates complained a few days ago how it seemed our manager was acting weird and avoiding her for the past couple of weeks. Today, she was laid off. Could he have known so far ahead?

All I can say is this person was one of us (a little higher level than most of us though) and out there speaking the truth, raising concerns, trying to get people to listen - for what just to be canned for being a whistleblower.

So much for our ethics and “if you see something say something” policy.

Wasn't just rumors for the group I'm in. Teams is full of people sharing what time their calendar invite that just came in is for with HR + some leader. Everyone promising to give each other recommendations if needed, posting personal emails and phone numbers just in case, etc.

Don't know the count yet. Waiting to see if/what time my meeting will be. Bad vibes for sure.

Why would T Mobile buy companies that are about to fail, hire their executives then use programs and platforms from those companies. This company went from last to supposed 1st doing things "the tmobile way" but some supposed brain said let's do things the Sprint and US Cells way now. Seems like they are trying save a sinking ship. All I need to do is last 9 more months or fingers crossed be laid off before then

Sorry but to me it feels like this emergency test is also to make sure we have a personal email so when they lay us off they can just send the documents or communication there. I went in and there is no way to remove it. Maybe I’m extremely paranoid but hey that would be this organizations fault to begin with.
