Let's be honest about what's happening at Humana. Constant turnover, good people leaving every month, reorgs that make everything worse, leadership saying one thing while we see something else entirely. Who can think this is a good way to run a company?

Is this going to be an all-week thing?
No chance that everybody affected has already been notified?
Employee Tracking Software
Based on recent media coverage of Meta tracking laptop activity and taking screenshots to train the AI to replace the people it is tracking, does anyone know of this sort of thing in Dell?
Seems our colleagues in Europe can ask under law and be told but not sure if anyone would or has done this.
Any confirmation of this in any region or BU?
I’m not looking for comments that are jumping to conclusions or making guesses based on feelings. Any real info out there?
This week??
I keep seeing things that make me think there will be layoffs this week? Does anyone know anything?
RIF 2026 Q4 - 2027 Q3?
Can anyone corroborate a document I found which forecasts RIF beginning in Q4 through Q3 of next year? I don't want to give too many details but it was a full time employee forecast for one of the major support units. The decline began in Q4 with a few hundred RIFees each quarter and then a steep drop in Q3.
April Outflows - 10.6B
USD10.6B outflows in April alone. What the helly!
Do you think lazy RM teams marked those client accounts as vulnerable?
Any DX Healthineers on here?
Hello,
I recently transferred from GLA to WAL. What's the word on the street? It sounds like Tarrytown is in a very precarious situation. Seeing a lot of retirements in Walpole - are they forced early retirements? My friends still in Glasgow still work there but they don't seem to be a part of our huge 6% loss in diognostics
Why are folks so happy about layoffs?
There are no jobs, economy is going under, the entire world is in a crisis... How is that a good time to lose your job?
Men in Black
Why all the security this morning at SP1?
Just heard one of my teammates was fired yesterday
He wasn't laid off, he was fired. Nobody seems to know why, and I honestly can't think of a single thing that could have caused it. He's (well, was) one of our hardest workers. Is this something we should now be scared of as well? Random firings for no good reason?
Verizon is failing
And instead of fixing things, they've created a workforce that doesn't care anymore. The failure is just getting worse.
Are layoffs over?
How worried should I be about the coming days/weeks?
Stock at $54!
What a shame - this leadership team led by Mike is not getting it done for us investors.
Cisco IQ
I don’t know what’s your sentiment about Cisco IQ, but it doesn’t seem to be a big success given the fact that CX has started an extensive action to make customer onboard to this.
Are the layoffs over??
Many people on my team in cyber are worried they’re next. Some well loved employees have already been let go and no one feels safe right now! One person told me they think leadership will replace her by moving her role to India. Has anyone heard anything?? They’ve made poor decisions already on who they decided to lay off.
Laid off from third party today
Laid off from third party today. Phone calls being made, no calendar invite.
EVP for EMEA still around?
Doesn't seem active anymore
Is Humana an Ageist Company?
I am over 50 and considering applying at Humana but like many companies that seem to have become ageist and removing older folks first, I am concerned about applying here.
To those of you that either still work there or those who used to work there think they may have been discriminated against because of their age, I repeat tje same question as in the post title.
Is Humana an ageist company?
Thanks in advance.
Save the Date: June 11 Investor Day in NY
Any guesses on just how much more catastrophically awful it’ll be than you’re currently imagining?
If we performed so well why are there still layoffs?
Yes I know layoffs can still happen with a good quarter but.... LP made it seem like we finally turned a corner and that layoffs may not even be necessary. Well he was just fattening the pig before sla-ghter.
Mainframe Roles
Any mainframe developers affected in this layoff?
Utah BLM Announces Staff Cuts
The Department of the Interior confirmed layoffs for Utah's Bureau of Land Management. This decision affects nearly 100 employees. The BLM manages 42% of Utah's land, protecting natural areas. Conservation groups express concern over impacts to threatened landscapes. The Red Cliffs Conservation Area, a critical habitat, is among affected areas.

Short term thinking
Our leadership only cares about costs and stock prices right now. Long term? That's someone else's problem. We're all just numbers to them.
Imagine not having to worry about layoffs for at least a few months
We used to have that. Can we go back to that time?
Can somebody explain this pattern to me?
I've been through a few layoff rounds now and I've started tracking who goes. The pattern makes no sense. Hard workers, people with great reviews, people who consistently deliver get cut. People who coast, who hide in meetings, who produce almost nothing stay. People usually explain it as being about salary. High performers have been here longer and make more, which make them targets, and the cheaper people survive. Which makes sense only if you disregard the fact that this sends a message not to be too good at your job. Just be average and cheap and you'll be safe. How is that kind of workforce good for the company?
Are Solutions Engineers next? (Sales)
Considering that the sales year is ending in June?
Next Shoe to Drop
At Chevron for employees its a race to the bottom with MW and his terrible team running this S Show. What is the next soul crushing move for this leadership team? Will we take turns cleaning the bathroom? Work a mandatory 6 days a week? No AC in the office? Bring your own TP in? Anyone have any idea as its been a couple months since they made things worse!
To All Those VTeamers That Got the Covid19 Shot
were you forced to get it to keep your job?
if so did management/HR push this upon you?
i keep hearing people were forced to get vaccinated.
Mark Zuckerberg Just Told 8,000 Employees Their Layoffs Are a Line Item in His $145 Billion AI Bill
Are we next?
We beat expectations and still over a thousand is being laid off
What needs to happen to prevent layoffs if good results won't do it? Do they really think AI will be able to replace human knowhow and experience? Why don't we get rid of the CEO and other leadership and replace them with AI? That would certainly save a lot of money.
Why do I have this annoying feeling there'll be more cuts next week?
Despite everything they say, I can't take it for granted that it's done.
Hantavirus
We are a much worse place with significantly more terrible, weak, shallow, and insecure leadership than when the COVID pandemic hit in early 2020. Im nervous that if the hantavirus becomes a pandemic that these human skinsuits will not react well or empatheticly. Anyone else feel the same?
Personal info shared !! Beware !! 5/8/26
Go to sparq and go under career and learning on the right hand side.
