We are now required to document our goals, and there will be mid year, and year end reviews. From the email, it must be done before 2/16. Things are changing at Cigna for sure. It almost looks like some kind of PIP procedure put in place.

I'm a contractor though so might not impact FTE. The contracting agency said they saw a lot of their othe contracts impacted but didn't provide a number.

Do we think that after they reduce their workforce by enough that they'll walk back the RTO? I haven't heard of anyone being fired for not being in the office enough so I'm curious how much they're enforcing it now and in the future.
