Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

I am grateful to this management

Things got so bad that it kickstarted me into looking for a new job - which I now found! Better pay, better bennies, and (hopefully) better culture. I couldn't be happier.

Congrats! Don't let the obviously jealous person's burst ur bubble. More and more are finding joy outside the he-l Noelle created and DC gloats about in his one-sided TH.

Sounds like they're quickly becoming the "Employer of last resort"

I have been outreached by recruiters looking for people with my expertise as recent as just a few hours ago, however I choose to stay due to the fact I am still WFH despite FOW. Most of these new jobs around me all require some sort of Hybrid in office work. I am also part of the group migrating to HCSC with a high chance of continuing WFH. I don't like Cigna at all after this rapid culture shift to appease our shareholders and sc--w over our employees and members. If I am forced into the office, I will quickly jump ship. the only reason I stay is for family with the ability to still be remote. Once that goes away, might as well look for a company who pays more with better benefits. I understand many Cigna employees are forced to go in and I feel for you. Keep looking and I am sure you can find somewhere else that either pays you more to come in the office or at least is more flexible with WFH.

OP good for you! Live your best life. A lot of us are realizing that it isn’t at Cigna.

You’re still in the honeymoon phase.
Holler back when it gets real.
