In IRIS and stumbled across “Personal Profile”. It looks like you can submit an official request to view your profile HR has on you and you can challenge anything that you don’t agree on or how it was stated. Has anyone done this and if so what information do you see? I ask because I want to make sure I haven’t been “black balled”. If I have and figure this out then no reason to work hard for a promotion but rather coast while looking for another job.

Replying to the first comment…:yes, there could be things written in there you do not know about. There is a way to put feedback in Workday about the employee and the employee not know it’s there. I would suggest everyone ask for copies. From someone who was blindsided with JE, I have no doubt there are notes about me that are nowhere near true that justified me losing my job.
I honestly doubt there is anything on there you don’t know. It’s probably just any verbal warnings, write ups, PIP, raises, titles, salaries, and whatever factual things they have.
If a manager is going to black ball you they’ll do it in other ways.
