As long as CiGNa/investors focus is on the $400 share price this is how things will be and it will only get worse.
Reading this made me happy! The more problems Cigna has, the better I like it.
Send Hyderabad Innovation Hub a telegram. They’ll fix everything. But seriously, expect more of this as we offshore more IT to people who know very little about our codebase, infrastructure and processes. The nightmare is just beginning.
