Pulse Survey Results?

Any ideas on when we can expect the results of the pulse survey? It has been several weeks since the submission deadline.

Well, senior leadership finally managed to put a glossy coat of paint on the garbage results. See Iris "Our Sampled Pulse Survey - part of our holistic listening strategy".

If I didn't know better, this would make me believe things are generally pretty good and I am an outlier.

“Pulse” survey— that would mean the employee popular are ALIVE and thriving with VITALITY! All are barely hanging in and the rest are faking it!

And this survey was prior to the modifications to the Return to Office mandate, I believe. I can't imagine that the next one is going to show any improvement. What's changed from an employee perspective, to drive different results?

They won't be releasing any survey results at all. Results were beyond atrocious.

“ My pastor says they are all going to burn in the devils den.”

You should probably seek the council of a new pastor.

Why fill out any subsequent version after this?

This gets crazier every week. "We don't like THESE....not sharing, sorry, we'll try again." That's not how it's supposed to work. Disrespectful.

Results were terrible, so the previous responder is right. they aren’t being released. This way the company gets to pretend that nothing is wrong and that we are on track for the Drive to 2025 goal of being an employer of choice. It’s insulting that the company thinks we are all so stupid that we will believe they’re gaslighting in how well FOW is going and that everything is great. Meanwhile we all struggle with impossible workloads and backlogs and get slowed down by other teams who are also understaffed and take longer and longer to deliver. Hiring a bunch of clueless but cheap Indians isn’t going to speed anything up (and will likely slow things more due to misunderstandings related to language barrier and cultural differences - not their fault they want to do their job but won’t have or be given the tools to perform as well as their American counterparts). I just show up and do the minimum now and don’t go the extra mile or volunteer for anything. ELT is mismanaging things into the ground. They don’t care though because they can cash out on the high profits and then leave the place to burn down after they retire early. It’s so crooked and immoral. My pastor says they are all going to burn in the devils den.

In a recent technology town hall they said they would not be releasing the Pulse survey results. They said there would be a second pulse survey this summer and then a full survey in the fall. They only plan to release the full survey results.

I'd nearly forgotten about that. Must not have been good or we would've heard.
