For the anchor days does anyone know how it will be monitored? Or maybe when they expect monitoring will die off?
I honestly just don’t want to go in at all and see how long I last but don’t know if that will happen.

Most people aren’t managers. Care to enlighten us?
The amount of misinformation in this thread is stupid. Half of this is tin foil hat nonsense. Anyone who took who sat in on the manager Q/A knows exactly how everything is tracked.

In shared properties (like the one mentioned) there is no badging out, so facial recognition could potentially be used as badging out time. Anyone with a photo badge is in the system, and with FOW for months now, there is also plenty of training data.
In addition to the card swipes, they can also track if your laptop was connected to the corporate LAN or wireless network at the office. If you are on early or late phone call at home make a calendar entry with the change, incident, or clarity project #. Before FoW and Covid, my manager granted me discretion to come in late or leave early due to family events or medical appointments. Now I need to take PTO if event is on anchor day.
“I noticed what appear to be facial recognition cameras at the clear turnstiles that you swipe into as you enter the building.”
Stop with the tin foil hat theories. This makes no sense. You already have to swipe your badge to get into the building so why would there be any need for facial recognition cameras? 🤣
Already know someone in my org who was fired for non compliance.
They are monitoring badge swipes and for places with no badge out managers can request connection reports to show how long your machine was on Cigna network.
Be there in anchor day and another day for 8 hours minimum, unless you use PTO or there is a holiday or you are traveling for work. Otherwise adios muchachos
"I have it on good authority that they also monitor what you do through your laptop camera."
I have a hard time believing this, if they were monitoring my camera I would absolutely have been scolded for things they would have seen lmfao
I noticed what appear to be facial recognition cameras at the clear turnstiles that you swipe into as you enter the building. MP location. Entering and exiting facing cameras. Go Team!
Badge swipe monitored and meeting the minimum number of hours to qualify as a day in office.
I have it on good authority that they also monitor what you do through your laptop camera.
It's on your computer, badge, and garage pass. It's actually dystopian.
There’s a location tracker on your laptop, plus badge swipes, and someone told me maybe your garage pass card. It’s ridiculous.
“Unless they already wanna fire you, I doubt they are going to fire someone for not adhering 100% to pointlessly going into the office”
This is a blanket policy designed to reduce the workforce. There will s no “you”. It’s a blanket policy.
Monitoring won't die off. They are designing more ways to monitor

They are monitoring in various ways.
Badge swipes in and/or out and IP connects are the primary ways.
If you do not adhere ti the policy, you will likely be fired without severance.
I don’t like it, but it was designed this way.
